Note the limited range and power of the USB input.
Looks like the USB recording is skipping. Computer diagnostics says it's a USB 2 device, not USB 3. But it doesn't even work with a USB 2 input on a new Dell workstation. Plays great with USB power and analog input from computer speaker jack with receiver 30 feet away. I bought an additional receiver for the downstairs acoustics. Signal acquisition cannot be supported. I suspect the range is severely limited by a couple of walls and a floor. (It's really a small house.)
