This product started really well, I used it for fighting games. When I copied the macro to any manipulator or touchpad left to right etc the consistency was about 7 out of 10 which wasn't too bad and then an update came that everything worked from there, I was able to do it for 1 set button. and i would have to wait about 5 to 10 seconds to get any input which is a shame because it had the potential to be a great product and also very cheap build quality it doesn't even snap on my controller speaker, because the tabs are broken. I had the same shock pack for 2 years. and i never had a problem with it. I don't think you should waste your time and money
