Handy design - when you need the flexibility to move the bottle cage from bike to bike or to different places on the bike frequently. It's very easy and safe to adjust the angle of the bottle cage mount, but I'm not sure how useful it really is. Very easy to loosen, adjust and change the strap. For the most part it's great. But after a week of use, the strap didn't fit properly into the mechanical lever closure mechanism and the bottle cage wouldn't stay in place. Another downside to this easy repositioning design is that it's quite bulky compared to other bottle cages. adapter mounts. If you intend to change the bottle cage position frequently, this is probably still a good option. Even putting a rubber band over the mechanical clasp to keep it in place (it really just takes a little extra effort) works very well. It probably won't be moved often (no more than once every 20 trips or so), I'd recommend considering a bolt-on design.
