Disappointed. Item arrived and appeared to be okay. I went to plug in the USB charging cable and the port was broken. It seems like someone had tried to incorrectly plug in the cable and damaged the port, there was also a white chalky substance inside the port. It looks similar to what you’d see when a battery leaks. I elected not to plug in my phone to see if it’d charge in case the Li-ion battery was indeed damaged.Check to make sure all your ports are working! You don’t want to discover this during an emergency!
