I like how easy it was to use! It has helped me in multiple ways, from creating my own reports through to tracking payments made by our clients. The customer support team are also super friendly & quick at responding to any queries we have. There isn't anything i dislike about this product as there could be more features added which would make life easier for us. If your looking into digital mortgage solutions then definitely consider using encompas - they've been great with helping out when ever needed. We were able send invoices straight to clients via their mobile app rather than having them go back down to pick up paper copies (which meant less time spent printing!) This allowed us to track payment faster too!
