I also like how quickly they respond to questions or concerns. I like that you can do all types accounting needs for your business from one platform! There are ways to get data into different fields at once instead doing it piece meal or using multiple apps etc.. It's not very easy sometimes but with some training they could help better understand how this program works if someone has no experience before working here. This software helps us track our expenses more efficiently than other applications used previously (Excel). I am able to build my own rules

The customer service has been great since we started working with them more than 2 years ago! They are easy to work w/o having an account manager assigned that you can always go back too if needed for support or questions about anything they have done so far when it comes time for future projects from us as well which makes things even easier!!
