The customer service has been great since we started working with them more than 2 years ago! They are easy to work w/o having an account manager assigned that you can always go back too if needed for support or questions about anything they have done so far when it comes time for future projects from us as well which makes things even easier!! Very happy overall. We've had very positive experiences thusfar - nothing really negative at all either but I am sure once our relationship matures some issues will arise here just like any other business partnership would be expected (i'm not saying this happens often). My last point above might seem strange because its something new coming out now after almost 10yrs experience doing web development within Insurance companies specifically; however i know what my expectations should me before starting up such partnerships especially considering how much trust these entities place into their partners.
