After all, it's not that great

On March 7, 2019, I purchased the Waterpik Rechargeable Portable Oral Irrigator with Cordless Water Flosser for Travel and Home - Cordless Enhanced, WP-563. For the price, this $92 irrigation line was utterly useless. I returned it after a week of use and then settled on the McNaval Water Flosser for less than half the price, $36. I've been using it for a week now and I have to say that McNaval is much better. McNaval design is much better. better because the part with the battery and engine is sealed and independent from the tank; no leakage after use and no risk of water entering the mechanical part of the device. The battery in the Waterpik lasted a maximum of 2 days with 2 uses per day. I've been using McNaval with the same charger for over a week. The pressure in the McNaval is phenomenal compared to the very low pressure of the Waterpik. Waterpik used so much water that I had to fill the tank 4 times for each use. McNaval uses 1 to 1 1/2 tanks for each mission. The McNaval is lighter and much better for travel. Last but not least, the customer service at McNaval is fantastic. When I emailed to order additional tips, I received a very friendly reply within a few hours and the tips were shipped the same day. I have written a review of my Waterpik order and am still awaiting a response from you. I think I can keep dreaming. My conclusion: McNaval is the clear winner! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Five months. RIP MacNaval, the battery was getting weaker and weaker and now it's not working. very disappointing!
