I have a 15,000 gallon indoor pool that is not properly air conditioned. To reduce humidity in the room, we wanted a dehumidifier that would remove as much water from the air as possible from a self-contained unit and still cost under $1,000. This device did its job and does it well :-) We had an issue with the control system but after Angela's amazing customer service at support@waykar.com everything is fine. I can tell you that their customer service was top notch and they even emailed a couple of times after solving the problem. I am grateful for the product and the service. Will definitely buy again if we need another dehumidifier.
