Don't buy my cat bleed!

This collar is not safe it made my cat bleed from his mouth. Within 3 minutes of putting my cat's collar on it got stuck on his bottom teeth and got stuck in his mouth a bit. This resulted in his mouth, tongue and gums being cut open and bleeding everywhere. I couldn't remove the collar and had to scratch the cat while cutting it off with scissors. Currently he can't close his mouth because his cut is so bad.
