I like how it gives you all your metrics in one place (like what we call "the dashboard"). It also allows for easy segmentation which helps us to target our efforts more effectively than if they were spread out across multiple platforms/tools! There are some things about this platform where there could be improvements but overall i think everything works well enough as-is so far - no complaints here!! We use MPA primarily because other tools don't have integrations or workflows set up correctly yet; otherwise their functionality would probably surpass ours at least somewhat :) Our biggest challenge right now using MPAs reporting toolkit software solution from Marketo's team was getting them onboarded quickly given many years experience working directly within Salesforce orgs / account teams who had never used anything outside SFDC before ;) They've been very responsive since then though &"hand holding" along side me throughout my implementation process via email etc., helping get setup properly.
