The program looked like your video to me. But nowhere in the video does it say you have to hold down the black button at the beginning. Came to read the reviews and it helped.It seems things have changed many times. I think it was even different for me. I believe that in the beginning I held the black button down until the red lights came on, then flashed 1 green light every few seconds. Then I started turning the car to the "on" position, wait for the green light to come on, turn off the car (the green light goes off for me), start the car, close 15 seconds wait to hold the button and apply the brake, release the brake before releasing the black button.
