Product arrived on time and as described. Comes in a plain brown box with no identifying details on it other than shipping information. It was packaged very well, with plenty of protective sleeves and flexible padding. Unboxing: The instructions were pretty basic and listed everything that should have been in the box. Screws and bolts were in separate bags so they didn't get lost so it was nice. I was able to include everything necessary for assembly, and there were even a few extra screws and bolts in case one was lost. Note: No tools are provided for this item. Allen keys and wrenches are required for proper assembly. Assembly: The item took approximately 30 minutes to assemble, mainly due to an improperly machined hole in the umbrella holder. It was quite difficult to align everything correctly so that all the screws were the correct size, but I managed in the end. If everything had been done correctly, the final assembly time would have been reduced by 10 minutes. Everything else went very quickly and painlessly. Usage: Many of the reviews here have said that the item tips over quite often, but that hasn't happened to me. I always have about 10 coats/jackets on the hanger and it has never wobbled let alone fallen. The bottom of the rack has small plastic feet, and we didn't find any damage to the floors. So far that's all we wanted. Conclusion: I would definitely buy again provided everything was handled correctly to facilitate assembly. After assembly everything was perfect!
