Review on Tates Shomalvi Natural Miracle Toothpaste - 2376 by Sung Shorunov

Tate is fine. I originally posted a review (below) due to a delivery error. After calling Tate and speaking to a real person, it turned out that the product I had received (not direct from Tate) was a mislabeled gel version. After describing the problem, it was determined that it was probably a gel, which was confirmed by the size of the tube - the gel comes in a smaller and narrower version than the one I'm familiar with. It had the wrong label on it and that's what they sent me. So the truth is that my disappointment stems from not getting what I ordered. . I ordered another tube directly from Tates and everything is fine. I went back to five stars. A good thing. (Bless Revane; but I think it was due to an issue with whoever did it) ******************** I've been using this product and the toothpaste for years it is in the tube was always white and cream. The tube of toothpaste I just received is gel or something similar and despite having the same label and ingredients list as the previous tubes I'm now not sure what I'm buying. Has Tate recently changed his toothpaste formula? Also, the tube size was smaller than previous tubes. If these questions are not answered, I will no longer order this product.
