I love this sponge! When you first get it it's rock hard, just add water and it's soft and workable. When I applied it to my face it was like no other face scrub sponge I have ever tried! Everyone else - you could "feel" them rubbing your face. The Konjac All Natural French Red Clay Sponge exfoliates skin without feeling like it's being scratched. When wet it is very soft on the skin but exfoliates beautifully. My face was so clean and smooth after using it which is great as I am going through menopause. Everything is dry from head to toe. My skin is peeling, it's crazy. I also bought an All Natural French Clay body sponge which I haven't used yet because I still use a loofah sponge. I'm sure it works just as well as a facial sponge.
