Well not bad but certainly not great. The main issue is the folding stand on the back; it slips out of the track all the time and it's really difficult to fix especially with arthritic hands. Secondly the screen has two long air bubbles, on in each side of the screen which I cannot get out. The screen isn't very sheer either so when reading a book I'm dissatisfied with the experience on this phone. Other phones with other screens have been awesome. The GREAT characteristic is that the droppage protection us absolutely hands down AWESOME! The case does make my Samsung A71 heavier but it does protect it since I'm forever dropping it!
