Like most packed lunches, they break down within a few months and lose their ability to keep food cold until needed. I am very impressed with this bag. I've been using it for 2 days now. It has enough food for breakfast and lunch, including drinks and snacks, and an ice pack (I'm not using the outside pockets at the moment). The stylish look of the flap cover with double zip closure gives the bag class. If this bag lasts 3 months I will be buying another one to have on hand when this one wears out. FYI, I work in an office and my packed lunch stays with me on my desk. It should not be placed in a break room refrigerator or outdoors in areas of direct heat.
