I rarely leave bad reviews (look at how many reviews I have). But this collar has a serious problem which means it doesn't match the picture, doesn't work properly and is MUCH shorter than advertised. If you want more details, read on: Pros: The chain is great and strong. Cons: 1. The rings are larger than regular rings (and they are measured at the edges of the rings, so the 20" collar I received is actually 17" in diameter. However, it's smaller because: 2. For reasons I don't understand the last link is welded to the ring at both ends It would work if there was only one of these but if you slide the chain through a link so you can turn it around your dog's neck you lose 4 links of space... making my 20" collar a true length of 14.5. So to sum up if you want a great collar that is WAAAAAA too small (mine was 6" shorter than advertised) and would look silly like it got tangled at the end when you put it on your dog...this is for you. If so, buy it about 6" larger than your dog's neck I'm returning mine, so I can't talk about it... but maybe something else needs to be considered.
