Cannot get post purchase service

This hearing aid might be better than 3 star. The smallest dome is still too big. I hear great. but it keeps slipping out of canal and I have to keep poking it back in. The tube snapped and broke. I have been trying desperately to find a post purchase human to contact to guide me through a solution. I do not want to just buy replacement tubes without knowing exactly what is the best thing to buy. Cannot find a number or email for help. If I could get the dome to stay in, I think it would be a GREAT hearing device. Please help me
