Really great light for the price. Easy to assemble and a prime example of minimal footprint with efficient lighting. Delivery was quick. I mainly use this lamp for my desk, but it's easy to move around because it's lightweight and held in place with a simple vise. That's why I move and use it when playing the piano. This is great because it literally takes up about 1 square inch of desk space. Its vise-like clamp and low profile make it suitable as a reading lamp or anywhere lighting is needed. This lamp is universal in both location and illuminance. It is attached to the back of my desk, hangs over my 35" monitor (the monitor is 18" from the top of the desk) and effortlessly illuminates my entire workspace. My table top is 50 x 28 inches. Aesthetically, it has 3 different lighting modes and thanks to the dimmer function, the intensity can be adjusted for each of them. It serves well as a night light when the intensity is reduced. It lends itself to an industrial style; The whole lamp is made of metal. The slim swivel arm and the lamp are designed to appeal to minimalists.
