UPDATED 11/03/19: PCAccessory_JETech_Authorized support contacted me and offered to send me a replacement screen protector along with a video tutorial. There was no language in the video, just a video, but I clarified some instructions that didn't make sense to me by simply reading the included instructions. While the tabs for the protector have come out of the protector, he was still able to mount it fairly straight onto the tablet. I had to try several times to squeeze out the bubbles, but there everything is fine with no bubbles. Excellent customer service, good product. I can't use this product because the instructions don't make sense. Maybe it would help if there was an installation video.
