That does not work. Still

I plugged it into my desktop - nothing. It did not work. I've tried different USB ports including the one the wired keyboard was originally plugged into. Nothing. I will try to change the batteries even though the keyboard contained batteries. Yes, I removed the strip covering the battery connector. Maybe putting new batteries in will help. Haven't bought AAA batteries yet. Very disappointing.
