Light, great color and Sound

I loved that the sound was clear, and also I felt like when in the ears the quay of the sound barrier to block out the noise was muffled real good. I also loved the color, it really moves the patients eye away from me taking the pulse . It light enough that I was looking for it and it was around my neck.

Pros

I would buy this before spending more on more well known brands

Cons

The ultra-lightweight design may feel flimsy and not as durable
