I like Heat'n Bond Lite for holding fabric in place before sewing. It holds the fabric there for hand quilting or while you move it around a bit, but if you wash it and/or actually move the fabric you should get a no-lightweight release. The only downside to the 75 yard roll. (I've only ever bought it in 75 yard rolls or 5 yard rolls) is that in 5 yard rolls there is no plastic label between each layer. Initially the plastic layer is good with directions etc but after 75 meters it becomes static, sticks to everything and is a waste of time.
