Review on Silkroad Visual Technology by Gary Newman

I like that it is easy to use, has many great features for my business needs! The support team was amazing when we had any issues with our software or website - they were always very quick at responding back in less than an hour!! It could be more intuitive as far some of their other products are much easier but this one can take time getting used too if you're not familiar w/ tech stuff :) Great product overall though. We've been able manage all aspects (customer service tickets) from 1 place so no longer have multiple different programs doing similar things which helps us keep track & streamlined everything together better!
