I've had this product about a week or so and I've worn it while working out and daily as an undergarment. It took some getting used to but I'm glad I decided to get it. One of the best things is, I'm a curvy girl (14/16) and I was elated to see this vest does NOT ROLL. It is long enough to cover that bothersome pooch (the lower abdomen area that women in my age bracket get and struggle to lose) but I don't have to keep pulling it down all day. It's also tight and slightly restricts my breathing which causes me to have better posture and engage my muscles when I'm not trying (helpful). Oh and the sizing was easy I bought the XL which is my normal size and the fit is right any larger would have been too big and a smaller one would have likely been too uncomfortable.
