This is the tool I've been waiting for! I'm a huge fries connoisseur and I'm dying to make waffles at home. This tool is great for many reasons: it requires no assembly, has 3 thickness settings for fries, is sharp to hold you securely when moving veggies, and takes up so little storage space. I'm a MASSIVE fan! I've used it on sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, zucchini, carrots (a bit tricky but doable), and apples (not recommended). He recommended the use of handguards when cutting, but did not add them.
