Stay away from garbage in the brake system

Absolute garbage. Either this thing isn't round or the holes aren't centered. I installed it on a 92 LT1 and it vibrated from idle to 2000rpm. You could see the belt tensioner moving up and down. I changed it back to the old one (removed because the rubber broke) and the problem was gone.
