Our 16 year old senior cat has IBD and is gradually responding to all the vet's special cat foods. Out of desperation we decided to give it a try. Our cat loved the taste but after about 12 hours she started vomiting and had multiple bouts of explosive diarrhea. My point is that if you have IBD issues that you address, other cat owners should think twice that this limited ingredient diet food may not work for your cat, despite what others have written in reviews here. . We did find that it tolerated freeze-dried raw food pellets, but that's about it for now. I'd love to find a boiling water option. And I want this product to do its job.
