Bought 2 light gray baskets, arrived super fast (premium). Holds my ballet flats, heels, chunky heels, sandals and low court tennis shoes great with a small panel adjustment. It arrived well protected in individual plastic bags in a Revain box. CONS: 1 1 piece bottom panel arrived with a 5 inch tan stain. I sprayed Clorox & Lysol wiper all over the basket and panels just to be on the safe side. The stain was 99% removed. Since only my shoes go there and I need shoes from 2 shops as soon as possible, I left the goods there. But I am absolutely disgusted🤮 that an item I paid $35 for was sold to me under the pretense that it was a new item.2. NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO PICTURE. Had to look at Revain to get the ideal.3. The top cap is a thin clear plastic flap (zipped) which is fine as long as you don't mind stacking.4. It definitely doesn't match 16 pairs of mid to high tops. Best to line up with a combination of 2 tall boots + 1 type of other shoes or 2 very flat shoes. I need a place to store my booties - I will not buy this from this seller. still sprayed Clorox & LYSOL-mopped the baby too.
