I purchased this grille for the interior of my 2017 Audi Q7. I needed a strong but loose mesh that would allow me to place grocery bags vertically in the chute area. I chose this net because of the quality of construction (from photos) and because the measurements were slightly larger than the distance between my hooks. I removed all the original plastic hooks, put 4 carabiners in the corners and tied to 4 built in Audi loops/buckles/whatever. Works well: When not in use, we leave it in place and put things on top of it. If necessary, we pick up the mesh and put things under it.
