Will not buy again - skirts and shorts
When we bought my daughter's Halloween costume we thought it would be lined and not just tassels so be sure to wear something underneath. There is nothing built in. It also doesn't go all the way through, just covering some parts but leaving most of it open. Wouldn't buy again.
