I received it this Friday and put the batteries in the remote control and turned on the TV. But some buttons worked and others didn't. For example, when I went live and used the numbers to try to change the channel, the number appeared on screen but the channel didn't change. When I also pressed the live button, it didn't do anything. Just like the "Back" button did nothing. The volume and channel buttons worked. But I was also disappointed that the numbers don't change channel when watching ABC NBC live, none of the local channels. So I don't know what this remote is for if you can't change channels when entering numbers.
