This stuff works, but unfortunately it's scented. So it removes any smell from your laundry, but leaves its own. I keep a bottle handy when I need to wash smelly clothes. It doesn't just do a good job on sweat smells - I've used it on things my cat has peed on and musty fabrics and it always gets rid of bad smells. Unfortunately, it has an odor of its own and both me and my wife are itchy. So we wash twice - once to get rid of bad odors and then again to get rid of tide. I wish they would make a dye-free version of this, but right now I just wash all my smelly clothes twice. .
