Good 7 lbs. for reduced pressure
Used on K1500 4x4 5.7L 90s with factory coolant overflow tank. After installing a new radiator with new top and bottom pipes and a thermostat, I wanted less pressure in the system. Due to the fact that the truck with high mileage is old. This 7lb cap reduces pressure over the factory 16lb cap. The regeneration reservoir works as it should, with hot and cold levels, and draws back some coolant as it cools. I'm also considering using it on an old classic V8 car for the same reasons to reduce pressure and reduce the risk of hose ruptures and coolant leaks.
