This large cooling pad accommodates my 17" gaming laptop. Its single large low-speed fan is much quieter than my previous stand with two smaller high-speed fans. The fan speed can be adjusted from off to off with the rotary control. up to top speed, but the top speed isn't as fast as I'd like. It's limited by the USB 5V power supply I think, but seems to be moving enough air to get the job done. so I'm not deducting a star for that. Bright LEDs with multiple color changing effects look good, or you can turn the LEDs off. I wish there were a few more effects, but I bought this for a big fan, not LEDs. because I'm not deducting a star.
