I bought 27.5 inch wheels a few weeks ago after one of the wheels broke on my Eurobike G7. Delivery was fast, arrived in just a few days. I'm going to put the wheels on my bike but realize they actually sent the 29" wheels in a box that said 27.5" apparently they don't fit the tires or bike frame already bought. After a long and frustrating chat with customer service they graciously agreed to send replacement wheels which had to be the right size.Too bad they arrived broken.The hub on the rear wheel had little resistance at one point as it rotated 360 degrees turned counter clockwise. I thought nothing of it and mounted the wheels anyway. About 3 miles into my first bike ride I stopped pedaling but the pedals continued to turn along with the wheels. The hub clicks instead of the usual click. The chain also lost tension in the process, luckily I wasn't going fast and it didn't catch on the rear wheel (which could have ended in an accident). also that many of the bolt holes on the wheel used to install the disc brake are filled with paint and/or ground down so installation is definitely not easy. I am happy to report that the 3rd wheelset that Revain sent me is finally in good condition with no issues. The wheels are great and definitely an upgrade over the stock wheels that came with the bike barring any quality issues.
