They last me 6 months to a year in commercial electrical work and that's about all I can really ask for given the number of times I hang or fall on their ladder can let. The place they break is always within the first few feet of where the break starts, but it takes a lot of wear and tear to do that. A lot of people swear by Fatmax, but I really like the Milwaukee Tape and their utility knife. The main reason is that they have the best belt clip design I have ever come across. You won't have a hard time putting a duct tape or knife in a tool bag, pocket or whatever. The best clip ever!
