Seems to be a good product.

My truck recently broke down on a road in a fairly busy area. I had floors that lasted 15min × 2, and after they ran out and my arm got tired of waving at people around me, I used an unused orange barrel from a nearby construction site to put it behind me until I could get the truck to a safe place. It helped a little, and I kept wishing I had some kind of dart or something to warn even the most distracted driver. came with 2 batteries) and I think it would be a great item in case of an emergency or breakdown. I just wish it was a little more accessible. I have no idea of its "suction abilities" but the magnets in the base are certainly strong enough to attach it to your car or truck.
