I have loved wool for about 10 years. This is an expensive addition, so it takes time to create a wardrobe. And gaining weight doesn't help. I noticed 3 general issues with my coat, none of which happened with this shirt. 1) The seams have come undone. 2) it itches too much 3) balls form. Wool is still soft even after several washes. Update September 19th: I now have 4 Woolly shirts. I advertise them everywhere. My only complaint is that I have one shirt that fits better than the others. I'm almost tempted to see if I can shrink it in the dryer a bit. If you wear wool now you won't be disappointed with the quality and value. If you don't wear wool, give it a try, you'll dread every day you don't have a clean wool shirt and have to resort to cotton.
