Ordered linen color and it literally shines through. You can see my nipples, you can see all my chest hair, you can read the tag on the back through my shirt. The product picture is not correct at all. Only the seams and some of the buttons are not visible. The rest of the shirt looks like you're wearing tissue paper. I'm not surprised that all of the other people's reviews mention that holes form easily as you could probably just stick your finger through the shirt.

Build quality is the same (or better) than Smartwool but a lot cheaper. Make no mistake! It looks very soft and fluffy; I expect that will change judging by my other wool shirt which is a few years old (but still sturdy). I would say the weight of 190gsm makes it a three season shirt, although I sometimes wear it on chilly summer evenings. I would not recommend buying this gray shirt if you plan to be active in it. Before I bought this brand I saw another review that said it wasn't 100% merino wool. And that it smelled bad and was probably mixed with some kind of synthetic fiber. I have loved wool for about 10 years. This is an expensive addition, so it takes time to create a wardrobe. And gaining weight doesn't help. I noticed 3 general issues with my coat, none of which happened with this shirt. 1) The seams have come undone. 2) it itches too much 3) balls form. Wool is still soft even after several washes. Beautiful shirt! It's become my favorite shirt, along with a short-sleeved wool shirt when she's too hot. It's soft, not itchy at all, well made, and feels comfortable over a surprisingly wide range of temperatures. Under the outer layer, it provides the right insulation particularly well. I wear them on camping trips after getting tired of the smell of the space age fabric my other shirts are made of. It's soft and warm, dries quickly, is odorless and looks great. Science has shown that the Henley is the most attractive style of shirt (watch an action/adventure film - what shirt is the hero wearing?); They look as good as they feel and they feel as good as they perform.
