These are the BEST ankle & foot ice packs! After years of testing all types of socks, bandages, etc., nothing compares to how well they hold up over time. Everything else I've tried breaks or doesn't stay cold long enough. I have reordered several pairs of these, love them! They are very easy to wrap in seconds and fasten with Velcro, no need to pull or put on the hassle. It gives my feet (plantar fasciitis) such relief! It soothes my sprained ankle, so nice that it helps my feet and ankles at the same time. Only negative is the velcro wears out long before other damage, no leaking gel packs or fabric rips. Still, they deserve 5 stars because they are amazing. I use them every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The velcro suffers between the cat hair and the faux fur blanket. I remove all the hair/fur with tweezers, it helps for a while but eventually I have to re-order a new pair, the velcro breaks with frequent use. I keep and distribute gel packs. I've ordered maybe over a dozen pairs over the years. I use them so often that unless they have pets and faux fur blankets, my Velcro experience would be unlikely to others. I will continue to order because they are great quality, comfortable and great design! Amazing relief!
