I like that you can create your own hours which is very beneficial for all employees to be able use it correctly with no problem at work or off job when they are not working! Nothing really but if there was any option of using this in other countries we would definitely do so as well because our country doesnt have access yet!! Make sure everyone knows how its suppose too make their schedules look right before going into production/work day.

Everyone should know what days people will go home early ect etc just makes things easier overall. !
