I would really like to give a better rating but I just can't, I was really hoping that this Hellmuth would be 'the ONLY one'. First of all I can't really judge the comfort as the seller sent me the wrong size, I ordered M and they sent me L. So I put it on first and understand that it doesn't fit, I opened modular face and it doesn't work. stay up and i find it weird so i called the manufacturer and they confirmed it was defective and should have stayed. I understand from other comments that you shouldn't ride it, but I want to be able to put my glasses on with two hands and not have to struggle to hold them and put my glasses on with one hand. Although I was planning on returning it I wanted to see how the bluetooth and sound worked so I charged it up and connected it to my phone, connecting to the bluetooth was very easy and straightforward. I then turned on the Helmut to check the audio and only one speaker worked and the volume didn't adjust up and down as intended and the speaker that did work wasn't very accurate and sounded muffled with no bass. .I would order another one the right size if there was only one issue but had a mounting issue and two electronics issues. I will not delve into a product that I will only have problems with. I really think it's a shame because this is a market segment that the Helmut manufacturers overlook and don't offer blue tooth and modularity at reasonable prices. It's not rocket science, they sell blue tooth blocks for 30.00 and decent helmets for 200.00, you can't tell me manufacturers can't make a quality block for 300.00. I know how that helped someone.
