I like that they offer multiple options for service, including fiber to the home. The price is also very reasonable when compared with other providers in our area (eastern U-S), even though it's still higher than some of their competitors' services are offering! It would be nice if there was more data about what bandwidth each type of connection offers -- egress speeds vs ingress speed. This makes comparing various offerings between companies difficult sometimes - especially since you don't always know how much upload/download capacity your ISP has until after installation happens. However, this might not apply so much outside of residential or small business uses. We're using them primarily as an infrastructure provider here at work so we can connect into both BGP networks easily and have redundancy throughout.
