Not powerful at all

I was excited to get this rotary to do some snow globe/story board acrylic tumblers. Unfortunately, no matter how charged the tool is or what setting or technique I use, there’s just not enough power to drill through one of the thin tumbler walls to insert the items to create the snow globe. The drill bit starts to go in to create the hole, but then it gets stuck. The hole isn’t complete and there’s no "reverse” feature to back the drill bit out once it does get stuck. I’m not sure if that’s a feature any rotary has, or if the intention is to keep "drilling” and once the hole is created it creates enough space that you can essentially move the bit up and down and in and out. Since there’s not good instructions that come with this AND it keeps getting stuck, I guess that’s just something I’ll ever know.My husband tried using different bits for miscellaneous Things while he was working on his car (the cutting blade on a very thin piece of Aluminum and another very thin piece of metal just to see if it would work for us to add to the review, but he also had no luck.Pros:It’s very light and easy to hold for those with smaller hands. It comes with a variety of attachments to try and use for various projects. This does work well to file down my dog’s nails, which I had no intention of using this for or doing, but if you are looking to purchase for that reason then it might be a good deal for you. It might work well for a (human) nail technician as well, but that’s not a skill I obtain so I wasn’t able to test that. It appears to be like the ones my nail tech uses so might be useful in that way.
