I have fine, straight hair, I don't dye my hair. I have to wash my hair every day and some days, especially when I'm just sitting at home, I don't want to blow dry it. But if I don't blow dry it, I look like a drowned rat. This is the only product I have found that gives me volume without blow drying. If you use too much it can leave a "product" feel in your hair. It's possible that any sea salt spray would give me the same effectiveness, this is the only one I've tried. When I blow dry I get extra fullness but I try not to use it when blow drying because I don't want to waste it and I think it can dry out your hair if you use it too much (haven't seen that before, but other reviewers have commented on this). So I really like this product. The price is a bit high sometimes, around $8.50, so I try to buy it on sale whenever possible and I wouldn't dare pay more than $8.50. ". It conditions (so I can skip conditioner in the shower) and adds extra volume when blow-dried.
