Exactly what I ordered!
I use them in the bottom of flower pots for drainage. They make the pot much lighter than gravel. The only variety available at local stationery stores is the eco variety, which dissolves, which I don't need at the bottom of my pots. And yes, I reuse them year after year whenever possible.
