The absolute best baking sheet I have ever used. After my last fabric wore out so much it broke, I ordered this one to use right before Thanksgiving Pie weekend. It is durable and stays in place on the counter. Rubbing flour into the fabric will of course keep the dough from sticking, but the weight of the fabric itself, along with its size, will help hold the flour and release the dough. I traveled for Thanksgiving and packed a candy wipe and rolling pin bag in my carry-on for my cross-country flight to make sure I had everything I needed. In December I used this fabric for all my Christmas cookies and cake bases. I couldn't be happier!
