Nice and flat, so very good for deadlifts and squats. It has enough cushioning to make short sprints, box jumps, etc. comfortable. I wouldn't do long runs in them and maybe even wear them all day, but they are very well designed and made. They seem to meet the usual Reebok standard for durability for this type of shoe, so I expect them to last even though they're new. I usually get a bit of durability from Reebok.
